How do I place an order?
Ordering the products available on this website implies acceptance of the terms and conditions. The presentation photos are informative and do not create contractual obligations.
Placing an order can be done using several methods, as follows::
1. Order by telephone
To place an order you can contact us by phone at +40742 509 262. After receiving the order confirmation by e-mail, please carefully check all the information and let us know any errors.
2. Order by e-mail
The orders by e-mail are taken over and processed by the Obradfrumos team and as soon as possible you will receive the order confirmation. To purchase the request received we need your contact details (name, surname, phone, email), delivery address, the product name and quantities. Orders by e-mail are made to the address email@example.com.
3. Online Order
To order online, you can follow the steps explained below:
a) Choose the desired product
To view the products, access the Store button in the main menu.
b) Add the product to your cart
Check the information presented in the description of each product, as well as the images related to the product. If possible, select the desired product option, and then access the Add to Cart button. Once added, you can continue shopping or you can view the shopping cart. You can complete the order by accessing the button on the right top that displays the number and price of the products added to the cart.
c) Purchase the order
The order is completed at any time by accessing the Place Order button. After accessing the button you will be redirected to the page where you will have to fill in the delivery details and the invoicing data. On the right side is displayed the order that contains the desired product / products, the shipping way and the method of payment.
The completion of the order ends after completing the data, accepting the terms and conditions, selecting the payment method and accessing the “Place Order” button.
We offer you three payment methods, described below:
a) Direct Bank Transfer
After placing the order, you must make a bank transfer to our account. As a payment reference, you must specify the order number. The order will not be shipped until we have confirmation of the transfer of funds to our account.
b) Cash on delivery (Refund)
You will only pay when the ordered products reach your home.
c) Credit / debit card
This method offers you the possibility to pay directly with your card. We use a protected and secure environment (HTTPS – secure data transfer), with the help of the payment processor from MobilPay.
Shipping and delivery
Once we have the payment confirmation, the delivery of the order will be made within a maximum of 7 calendar days depending on the requested volume. SC EUROART DECO S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be shipped for reasons beyond S.C.EUROART DECO S.R.L. which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or other impediments according to the customs of Romanian law.
