SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION
The personal data entered by the buyer will be used by S.C. EUROARTDECO S.R.L. for marketing and promotional purposes only. The information provided in the order form is necessary for order confirmation, delivery of ordered products, in no case being provided / sold to a third party or used for databases. Personal data may be transmitted to the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions, only at their justified request. During subscription, a user is required to give contact information (such as name, address, and email address). We use this information to contact the user about products or services on our site for which he has expressed interest.
PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
Obradfrumos.ro products can be purchased based on a firm order from the customer and after accepting the payment of the tax invoice. By launching the order and paying the tax invoice, the customer agrees to the commercial conditions presented below. The payment methods can be: Online payment by card, using a secure environment with the help of the payment processor from MobilPay, cash on delivery or payment by bank transfer (payment order). Payment will be made in the account RO14BRDE250SV83727962500 opened at the bank BRD GROUPE SOCIETE GENERAL, and proof of payment must be sent to S.C. EUROARTDECO S.R.L. at the e-mail address contact@obradfrumos.ro. Delivery will be made only after receipt of payment confirmation.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
From the moment of payment confirmation, the delivery of the order will be made within a maximum of 7 calendar days depending on the requested volume.
SC EUROARTDECO S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond S.C. EUROARTDECO S.R.L. which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or other impediments according to the customs of Romanian law. The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by S.C. EUROARTDECO S.R.L. to customers in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount received by S.C. EUROARTDECO S.R.L. from this client.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
According to the legislation, the products can be returned, in the original packaging, in the same technical and operating conditions. It is very important to use the original shipping box to send an entire tree back.The return cost is paid by the customer, and the supplier will return the value of the products in proportion of 100%, either by cash or by bank transfer within a maximum of 10 days from the return date. If the returned product is shipped back to ObradFrumos for refund or exchange and found to be damaged or non-functional due to user neglect and not manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and warranty coverage will not be an option.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
The cancellation of an order can be done only by sending a notification to contact@obradfrumos.ro at least 4 days before the delivery date.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
SC EUROARTDECO S.R.L. may change the manufacturer, brand and some certain products only with the prior notification and consent of the customer. The products are new, in the original packaging and come from reliable sources by each manufacturer.
